Retro Pixel Pro

I gave it as a gift to my friend and he loved it. Made some of my other friends wants to have one as well.

The retro pixel pro console and games are amazing (my son absolutely love it) and really exceeded expectations, but the standout for me was definitely the service provided by this company. Shortly after purchasing, something went wrong with the screen. I reached out to mykingdom to enquire about getting it repaired and without hesitation they offered a complete replacement of the console. I was given streamlined instructions on how to return the damaged console (postage paid by mykingdom). They then sent confirmation of receiving it and sending replacement. The staff were so helpful and friendly and polite, I did not expect the level of help and support I received. I literally asked them how I can go about leaving this review as I was so happy with the service. So great to see a company genuinely caring about the customer experience. 10/10 all around.

Great item, was dubious buy electricals from here, but so far this mini console has been fine. Has all the usual games on there you would expect from an emulator, plus lots more. Holds charge well and the screen is very clear. Comes in a box and has a screen protector and USB charging wire too. I definitely recommend this, and item arrived early too.

I purchased the retro pixel pro not expecting much just after a way to relive some of my favourite games from my childhood. it was better than I was expecting, the kids have had a go and now want one each which I will most likely purchase for them as a chistmas gift later in the year. 5 stars

Very good console there are already several that I buy in this store and I have not had any details just that it came to me with emulecstation instead of arkos

The console meets everything it promises, several emulators and good performance. The catalog it brings is good in itself, and in general terms it is very worth buying if you are thinking of doing it. At the moment I have no against, except that some titles may lag depending on the emulator but it works 10/10 the console.

I was having technical difficulties with charging my Retro pixel pro. I emailed them and within the first 20 minutes they had emailed me back with the solution!

item arrived on time. well packed and solid package. about the quality of console: screen quality is amazing and much better than expected! loads of games on it and I tried few PS1, PSP, and N64 games that all performed well. things I think needs to be improved is sound quality that is not good at all and didnt used proper speakers. start and select buttons are too loud and I couldn't find any instructions in box about how to use console like exit games, saving etc so I had ro read online.

Better than I expect. Just some things I d’ont like about buttons R1,R2,L1,L2,Start,Select,FN and volume +/- seems to be a Little bit shaking. Some game are laggy but it is an easy fix since it is an open source. I love that rétro console 22003 games on 28 emulator. 🤘🏼rock on!

device arrived fast. the gameplay experience is good. However, there are some newances that are not mentioned. device has 2 USB C ports, one for charging, and another for on the go device connection. the charging port doesn't work with USB c chargers because it's not USB-C PD compliant. you need to have a fixed 5V charger. Otherwise, it will not work. linux is preinstalled with ArcOS, however the SD card uses binary blob for GPU, which is you shall make backup in case you will upgrade the linux, because Available linis distributions for Rokchip RK3328 processor are not supporting the screen of Retro Pixel Pro device. but the screen is very good one
Additional feedback: the dive tends to be opensource however, the memory card slot has a warantyanty sticker, which means they dont want the iser to remove it, presumably, if tampered, shall raise questions. I've upgraded the preinstalled operating system Arc OS from 1.8 to 2.0 using the usb-c network interface. However, after the upgrade device didn't start. at this point, I checked several sources forums for solutions, including the official Arc OS project. it appears that this device is a replica officially supported by Linux ARC OS handheld Retro Pixel, but Boyhum uses in Retro Pixel Pro alternative components for which the upgraded image doesn't support drivers. particularly the Display LCD driver. I have contacted the seller to provide the source of memory card backup, but they keep silent and don't answer the raised question. I dont suggest buying this product if you are buying to tinker with Linux

I recommend to everyone the seller and the console. Extremely nostalgic, soft buttons. I would like to warn you that this console is sold in boxes with different designs, it is in this version of the package that the protective film is not put in the package. In general, everything is super, but purely out of curiosity, I want to ask, the console arrived in perfect condition with the factory film on the screen, which clearly says that the console is new, however, it is embarrassing that there are no seals on memory cards and stickers on the back of the console, there were also about 40 games in the favorite section, Which I obviously did not add there, perhaps the box was already opened to update the firmware and test, this explains everything, but why remove the sticker?)
